2 to 3 pounds chicken wings
10 ounces soy sauce
46 ounce can pineapple juice
5 cloves garlic
1-1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 cup packed brown sugar
Remove the tips of the chicken wings. Combine the soy sauce, pineapple juice, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar in a large plastic bowl or bag that can be tightly sealed. Add wings to marinade and refrigerate overnight, shaking or turning wings occasionally.
The next day preheat oven to 350 F. Remove wings from marinade and discard marinade.
Bake wings at 350 F for one hour or until done, turning about halfway through cooking time.
