Diva Tip: You’ll need a whipped cream dispenser and some nitrous oxide whipped cream chargers (available at Easy Whip or Best Whip) and by-the-way, what a perfect gift for the Bride-to-Be!
INGREDIENTS
8 oz. whipping cream (available in your grocer’s dairy case)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (the real stuff, not the imitation kind)
2 teaspoons powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
Pour cream, vanilla and powdered sugar into dispenser. Tighten the dispenser lid and shake well to mix ingredients. Install the nitrous charger in the dispenser, shake for 30 seconds, and you’re ready to serve creamy, flavorful, real whipped cream!
This is the perfect topper for hot cocoa. Try garnishing the whipped cream with some chocolate shavings or cinnamon sprinkles. Trust me, you’ll never, ever want that cream in a can again!
Shower Diva Tips for Using Your Whipped Cream Dispenser and Nitrous Oxide Chargers
- When you install the nitrous charger, you will hear a bit of air escape, that’s normal.
- Before untwisting your nitrous charger, give the dispenser 10 vigorous shakes, turning it upside down at the fifth shake. Then slowly release the nitrous charger and dispose of it properly.
- The nitrous charger is very cold. I don’t like to touch it with my bare hands for fear of freezer burn. Hold it in its outside container provided by the manufacturer and seal the hole with the top provided.
