This one is low-cal and is always a crowd pleaser!
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin puree
1/4 cup 100% pure maple syrup
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
2 cups frozen fat-free whipped topping (thawed)
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Get out your large bowl and combine pumpkin, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Gently fold in thawed whipped topping until mixture is well-blended.
Transfer to festive serving bowls and top with chocolate chips. Chill desserts for 1 hour or longer before serving.
