1 ripe mango, cut into thin slices
32 round tortilla chips
8 ounces brie, cut into 32 pieces
32 fresh parsley leaves
Place a slice of brie on each tortilla chip and place chips on a microwave-safe serving platter.
Microwave on high for about 20 seconds, or until cheese starts to melt a little. Remove platter from microwave.
Place one mango slice and one parsley leaf on each appetizer.
Serve promptly.
