1-3/4 cups Irish whiskey
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
4 eggs
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 teaspoons instant coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Chill before serving. This recipe can be made ahead and will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator.
