1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. distilled white vinegar
3 Tbsp cranberry juice
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Combine white vinegar, cranberry juice, basil, salt and black pepper in mixing bowl.
Whisk thoroughly until thoroughly blended.
Chill for about an hour.
Remember to double or triple the ingredients to accommodate your guests! You can make up this one in advance because it lasts in the frig for up to a week! It's Diva-licious!
