2 egg whites
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1-1/2 cups fresh crab meat, flaked
Paprika
45 thin slices baguette
Blend curry and mayonnaise and set aside. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold egg whites into mayonnaise mixture. Fold in crab meat.
Place a mound of crab mixture on each piece of sliced baguette. Sprinkle with paprika to garnish.
Broil about 8 inches from heating element until puffy and lightly browned. Serve immediately.
