loaf of sourdough bread
shredded mozzarella
parmesan cheese
1 or 2 tomatoes, sliced
bay leaves
olive oil
garlic powder
balsamic vinegar
Get a loaf of sourdough bread. Use baby themed cookies cutters and cut out your sandwich shapes.
Place one-half of the bread shapes on a nonstick cookie sheet. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake in oven until mozzarella is melted. Remove cookie sheet and let cool about 5 minutes.
While cooling, heat up sandwich shape tops in oven just to get them slightly warm. Remove from oven.
Place one tomato slice and one bay leaf on top of the cheese side bread.
Brush the plain bread tops with a mixture of olive oil, garlic powder and balsamic vinegar.
