Recipe serves 4 people, so be sure to calculate how many people you're cooking for!
1/3 mild sweet chilli sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
6 chicken thigh fillets, halved lengthways
1 green onion (scallion), sliced thinly
NOTE: Soak bamboo skewers in water for a few hours so they won't burn during baking. You can prepare this one several hours ahead.
Combine sauce and juice in small bowl. Transfer half the sauce mixture to a serving bowl.
Place chicken on skewers lengthways.
Brush chicken with remaining sauce and cook on a heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until browned on both sides and cooked through-and-through. Add onion to sauce in the serving bowl and serve the chicken on the skewers.
