Bridal Showers with Jennifer Paganelli of SisBoom.com
Showers are all about connections! I love the fact that there are games available at BrideBingo.com because games are one of the best ways to help strangers open up and bond.
I like the idea of creating a Tokens of Affection book for the bride. You can do this by passing a lovely book around the shower where each woman can write something personal in it for the bride.
I've also taken the step of mailing watercolor paper postcards on heavy card stock to shower invitees along with their invitations. I ask them to get creative and decorate their card with ribbons, colored markers or photos and then record quotes, advice, wisdom or anything that resonates for them about the bride or mom to be.
I have them bring the card to the shower and then I hole-punch them or use ribbon to weave the cards into a book. Sometimes you can hang the cards on a long ribbon to create a garland effect.
People really get into it! For those who forgot to decorate their card or don't have markers at home, I make sure to bring art supplies to the shower so they can decorate their cards and wish the couple or the baby well.
I love what you promote at The Shower Diva! It's all about good wishes.
