Thanks for your question!
When you ask about "winning" that automatically implies playing a game. However, I think I understand your question -- You'd rather not play a traditional lengthy game. So, we have plenty of options at hand!
You can preset the table and place a colored dot underneath the "winning" chair. Or, you can award the centerpiece to the lady who is the oldest or youngest at the shower. You can also award the the centerpiece to the woman whose first name begins with the same letter as the Mom-to-Be (or the one who comes closest). You can award the centerpiece to the woman who is wearing a hat, or to the one who has the brightest lipstick in their purse . . . I hope you get my drift - there are many creative options without having to play bingo or raffles or scratch-off games, even though they are super fun to play!!
